SYMPOSIUM FEE

PAYMENT
Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of all of your travel expenses (airfare, hotel, meals, meeting registration fee, etc.) The symposium fee (including the book of information materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet, social program and airport-hotel-airport transportation) is 300 Euro for the participants and 150 Euro for the accompanying persons. The registration fee will be accepted by transfer (more acceptable) or in cash (€) at the registration desk. The symposium fee does not include the accommodation. We have reserved a number of rooms in the University Campus Hotel for the time period of 1 - 6 October 2012. Rates (which include breakfast, lunch and dinner) are:

Young physicists and post-docs are especially encouraged to attend. Partial financial support will be available for young physicists. The candidates for the financial support will be selected by the Organizing Committee from the participants less than 35 years of age, on the basis of a competition of their abstracts.
